Please note: The minimum booking is usually three nights. Occasionally I will offer fewer nights.
Price includes:
- accommodation for 1 or 2 guests (bedlinen, towels, bathroom essentials)
- cleaning maid service
- 'continental' breakfast daily in the dining room. (Breakfast is self-service as for legal reasons being a registered tourist location rather than a hotel, a breakfast 'service' is not permitted.)
- tea/coffee self-service access
- "meet and greet" (check-in) & check-out service
- end of stay cleaning / utilities (water, gas, electricity, heating, AC, Wi-Fi)
Not included in the price:
- Tourist tax. As of August 24, 2011, the Municipality of Venice introduced a "Tourist Tax". The tax applies to non-residents of the City of Venice who stay for up to 5 consecutive nights. As your host I am responsible for the collection and remittance of this tax to the Comune di Venezia.
The tax is € 5.00 (five euros), per person, per night. The tax must be paid in cash in euros upon your arrival to me or my representative.

The prices shown above are the standard room prices for double occupancy. There is not much seasonal fluctuation in prices in Venice but contact me to ask for any seasonal reductions or any single person discounts if you like..
Low season is basically late autumn and winter excluding Christmas, New Year & Carnvial. Contact me to receive a quotation.
